Advancement and Recognition

Welcome to the Golden Eagle District Advancement page! Here you will find helpful information that will get you on the right track.

The charter of the Advancement Committee is to govern and administer the workings of the Advancement and Recognition elements of the BSA program from Cub Scouting through Venturing.

If at anytime you find a discrepancy between San Gabriel Valley Council (SGVC) and this page, the SGVC information takes precedence.

  • Troopmaster Software
    Trooopmaster software is a great tool for advancement record-keeping in your unit (Pack, Troop, Crew, Ship, Team).
